    The demonstration that I tried was the one that a person told you to put your head down and count backwards from 10 to 0 and you would get sleepy. So I tried to put my head backwards and count from 10 to 0 and it surprisingly worked. I got more sleepy for every second I counted. Lastly, I think this demonstration worked.
